Hyperacute T waves

Hyperacute T waves may be an even earlier sign of acute ischemia than T wave inversions.  See the attached example.
DDX for Hyperacute T waves:
1. Very early ACS
2. Hyperkalemia
3. Repolarization abnormality ?
DDX for T-wave inversion:
1. ACS
2. Contusion
3. Hyperkalemia
4. Digitalis
5. Old Pericarditis
6. Wellen's syndrome.
