Forchheimer's sign - German measles (Rubella)
Pastia lines - group A  beta-hemolytic strep.
Circumoral pallor - group A beta-hemolytic strep.
Koplik spots - measles (Rubeola).
Edema of hands and feet - Kawasaki disease.
Injected conjunctiva with clear D/C - Kawasaki disease, measles.
Wimberger sign - congenital syphilis (Treponema pallidum) - destruction of medial aspect of proximal tibial metaphysis.
Pseudoparalysis of Parrot - refusal to move a painful limb in syphilis (Treponema pallidum).
Erythema migrans - Lyme disease (Borrelia burgdorferi), Ixodes tick.
Congenital cataract - Rubella.
PDA - Rubella.
Erythematous macular rash w/ reddish-pink spots on the soft palate. - Rubella.
Pink eye & hemorrhagic cystitis - adenovirus type 11, 34, 35.
Sydenham chorea - group A strep.
Periorbital and eyelid edema - mononucleosis - Epstein-Barr virus.
Periorbital edema prior to rash - Roseloa Infantum, HHV6,7.
Rash following normalization of temperaturve - Roseola Infantum, HHV6,7.
Brain abscess in frontal lobes on CT of a 2 wk old - Citrobacter koseri.
Hyponatremia - RMSF, Rickettsia rickettsii.
Vertical nystagmus - DDX - tumors, demyelinating disease, increased intracranial pressure.
